Doan previously worked for eight years at the Bouygues Group, holding various positions in corporate finance. She began her career in the Treasury and Financing Department at Bouygues Construction, where she remained for four years.

She then joined Axione, first as Financial Communications Officer, then as Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF), and finally as Investor Relations Manager within the Concessions Division.
