Alba Infra Partners is an independent fund manager formed by one of Europe’s largest and most experienced project teams. The fund has entrusted Canopée with the asset management of 23 French assets.

Since 2017, Canopée has assisted TINC, a Belgian investor, in monitoring its stake in Optimep 4, an SPV that sponsors the PPP contract of four correctional facilities in Béziers, Lyon-Corbas, Nancy and Roanne.

The fund acquired the Exterimmo company in 2020 from the Caisse des Dépôts. As part of its mandate, Canopée represents Exterimmo in six long-standing portfolio companies.

The Dutch investor has delegated to Canopée the monitoring of four PPP stakes in France.
